Is completely ridiculous, B O D needs to support a normal course issuer bid(share buyback filing) and start accumulating shares for cancellation...volume is very low, it wouldn't take much from the cash pile to stabilize and support..the Corp is to vulnerable and not remotely close to fair value near these levels...three years we've been range bound...and they just dilute through share based compensation, M&A through share issuance..and more talk of M&A by means of dilution..meanwhile, nearly running the Corp as if private.......with the exception of Pidduck many of us have more skin in this Corp...not happy with this board....
