According to Jazz’s filings, in October 2023, it settled with Padagis US LLC and granted Padagis a license to manufacture, market, and sell its generic version of Epidiolex on a date that depends on the occurrence of certain other events. However, the settlement wasn’t with the remaining litigants.

First things first, deaf and illiterate are two very different things.  For the record, I am neither. Secondly, this settlement (and like others) has nothing to do with LABS, for had it, they would have had a ticker tape parade.  The silence is deafening. But one thing these settlements (thanks mjd) confirms is that LABS has partnered with Apotex.  So now we must wait until Apotex
