I've looked at Sedar but they don't have the prospectus listed yet.. wondering what the details.. ie: Price/share the offering will be done at..?  If you find out please post it... TIA..!

As I re-read the PR I've come to understand its an extension to the existing shelf prospectus announced on Sept. 25/20.. After hours looks like my sell today was the right move..? Will be looking for a re-entry point at some point soon.. ;-)

Considering it has zero earnings..... and 4 billion dollar market cap... and 20000 tons of lithium hopefully in the first year(150 000 000)..... that was a brilliant sell today by us. Swing to short for the way down.

i'd B carefull w that short.. the stoks issed today went thru Canaccord its up 5%  after hours on the NYSE - mostly Buys .Canaccord.  they are a 65 B$ Investment Company..  @ 22 buks only 12 million shares were generated for the 250M..  i suspect most went directly into private placement and will simply B Locked to the terms of the sale.. i.e Canaccord took all

Hi Moe, Good trade!, I wasn't expecting they issue equity so quick, and was thinking they may wait until some further news such as off-takes, partners, financing, at much higher share price. You still should consider NLC, which is only $450 millions cap, meanwhile LAC is 3.5 billions cap, so NLC has much gain percentage wise.  I am fully loaded with NLC, plus ML, my LAC is really small

Morning tiger... yeah thought I made a mistake as it still moved a bit higher after my sell but today I'm a happy camper... actually bought them all back as I see this as positive going forward.. with the funds available to advance Thacker Pass and revenue soon to come in from Cauchari LAC will be well on its way to becoming a major force in Lithium production in the not too distant future

Correction. 20 000 tons divided by 2. They only own 49% of Argentina. 75 000 000 first year of production.
