FYI This offering for is for Phase One that needs $400M to complete for 20,000 tons Phase Two is for later LAC now has $545M so take out the $400M for the Phase One constuction thus leaving LAC with a $145M for other things Phase one will be producing battery grade lithium in end or 2022 ot 1st part of 2023 its a Big Bang ( 909

i am not short LAC - But i am short CYP..
