It's happening

Shanghai LitCarb up 3.9% which is why lithium stocks all opening one eye. It should be interesting to see what happens in Shanghai next to see if we get follow through or whether this is a temporary blip. If we do get some follow through confirming the turn I can see $lac @ $20 by year end which would equate to a x7 ROI from current levels.
