LB is not that much of a prize....does not know if they will be bought out....there is little interest so far.....he made it sound like the only interest a bank would have would be for the assets but not really for the locations or outdated infrastructure....systems

Funny, I think I heard myself say that 4 weeks ago and a few times since, but none of use Hob Knob with the Laurentian Elite so what  the heck could we know about it. Only chance LB has of being bought as an operating entity is if someone out of country wants to get into the Canadain Banking business, which histrorically has not worked out very well. Funny thing is you said analysts don't know squat now you are listening to Lorne Steinberg, the biggest blow hard BNN can find. He is always trying to line his own pockets exiting his Top Picks after the show airs.
