Dont care why folks are selling, i ignore the noise and buy the bargains.
UNIT NAV for LBS will be very close to 16.60 today... 
For those out there that cant do math for themselves.

I added a few K shares at $6.21 today as well ... good luck to all. I'm really looking forward to reinstatement of dividends this month. As ex-dividend draws near I will re-evaluate how share price is compared to NAV. I'm sitting on a sizeable capital gain on paper and would like to crystalize that gain as I have other year capital losses I can put against it. However if the price is still ...more

Well capital losses carry forward. , and most of the action this time of the year is traders /investors selling losers and taking the capital loss, so you dont pay as much  tax on the big gains on the year.

When is the ex-dividend date? I have problems finding an exact date.

I suspect the exdividend date will be very similar to last year , either friday the 27th of NOV, or monday the 30th....but usually they do not use the last day of the month for Ex dividend date.
