LBS leads the charge to new round of offerings

So Brompton taking advantage of latest pop in financials and a nice premium to do an offering.

Fairly high volume and selling pressure on a day when most financial splits are flat to down pretty sure there was a leak which doesn't seem to be that unusual on Brompton offerings!

Opps Correction "flat to up"

Can anyone explain why we are trading more than .20 below the offering? Seems extreme (and very annoying).

The bleeding isn't over.   Expect a 6% drop below the offering.

yes more cash to pay the distribution using new investor capital... sort of poziesque as usual... might get more

I hope you are being facetious! I'm assuming it will be used to build the fund.  There's ROC here but the sp premium is not out of line, I believe.  Where are we at, Mouserman?

Good timing with markets rolling over 8.40 next support before 7.70

I think markets ran a bit too high so far. Today is just one day, and everything could be back to running tomorrow. But, I will not chase. I would consider buying under $8, But, if markets were to give back, I might be inclined to get some DF which could provide for a better cap gain opportunity on a rebound.
