Brompton announces LBS unit nav to FEB 16 @ $18.77

And they have the commons value pegged at  $8.70 after prorated dist. to commons.
A great value as the premium is very low @ about 4%..divvy pigs avoid this one tho as the payout is not above 15%, where some of the biggest premiums seem to target.

I rate this as the best split at the moment when you take into account the high NAV of $8.70 for commons ,  the miniscule premium , the excellent dividend of 13.25% ,the total assets of $705 million and the stocks in the fund. Why take a serious risk to get to get a higher dividend when this beauty is here .

LBS has lost 49 cents in the past week, and the UNIT NAV has fallen to about $18.28 ... so at this moment in time, i am wondering why LBS is getting bid up. Value of the commons after distributions is $8.18 LCS lost 15 cents in that same time frame and trades at a discount with a higher yield.( 15%) LBS yield now @ 13.17% LBS also has those same 4 lifecos in it.. but its the BANKS that have lost ...more

Some people don't understand split shares. They just look at that yield and say, " I'll take some of that ".

LCS is actually trading at a discount to NAV, and insurance companies are doing (much) better than banks. I holdit, bought some more today.
