So this means Fund is buying back shares from seller's who does not love this high Div paying sucker Any more...

Lol that's not fund buying but anyway I think this will affect the NAV positively with less shares

no it means someone is buying, could be anyone, supply and demand. nav close to no pay zone, its the story of icarus
