Big volume on LBS...

So CAD banks heading higher in a rush after FED signalled rate cuts coming...in 2024 sometime.
Good timing on the offering for LBS , but doubt they had pulled the trigger on any major buys, as I am not sure the money is in their hands yet from the offering.
