LBS unit nav to Aug 28 = approx; $18.11

Spreadsheet now showing a gain of over 26 cents , so commons have a value of $8.01 after distributions to commons. Last trade @ $7.85 leaves it discounted about 16 cents EVEN after distributions are factored in.
