Annual Concurrent Retraction priced today

Has anyone else submitted holdings into the LCS/LCS.pr.a annual retraction? I submitted 37,000 and will receive the unit NAV as of the close today -  WooHoo!!

Yes you get the capital and pref dividends.

It sure seems difficult to go through this yearly retraction. Must be done by the 10th of the retraction month, any fees required to retract the shares are charged to the person retracting. "Annual Concurrent In addition to the above, a holder of Class A Shares may concurrently retract an equal number of Preferred Shares and Class A Shares on the Annual Retraction Date of each year at a ...more

Have done this many times over the years with Brompton and Quadravest and have never had any fees deducted. As for the effort required it helps keep the margin higher. Most my splitshare trading strategies are based on exploiting others laziness and ignorance. GLTA

I will be adding this to my trading for sure. When you can pick up splits cheap through out the year, this is a good way to play them. Eager to see how easy it works out for you.
