LCS unit nav to Dec 01= approx; $16.63

Another nice day with all 4 lifecos heading higher.,..  Commons now with a value of about $6.63 before prorated distributions are taken into account.

I think it has been right at NAV few times as far as the common shares are concerned after distributions ar factored in. It may have even been at a slight premium for a few days, but never seems to last. Low monthly payout and low liquidity are the  most quoted reasons for not wanting to invest in LCS. It has however been a great stock for capital appreciation going back about 18 months.

I've heard you mention pro-rated distributions before. Does that mean the $6.63 is before deducting 1/3 of the quarterly preferred dividends?

When Brompton posts the weekly update on NAVS, they post the full UNIT NAV, but every week the NAV for the commons reflects  the change from  the prorated distributions to preferreds which comes of the NAV of the commons, ( But not off the UNIT NAV)
