LCS unit nav in realtime @$19.08

LCS now showing a gain of over 9 cents since the update on thursday... and market does not seem to care... Low yield keeping LCS heavily discounted. Last sale @ $8.33 means a 75 cent discount for split fund common with over 4$ of safety. Even after distributions to commons are deducted the UNIT NAV still above 19$...

I agree tha tlow yield is an handicap in comparison with LBS LFE does not have the same safety but the yild is attractive to buyers...

Looks like people held it the last 3 weeks for the capital gains, and now sell it for a higher dividend elsewhere. I don't mind the 7.5 cent dividend considering that the nav is rising steadily by about 45 cents per month. April 15th it was 6.48.now 9.08.
