Not sure who you are asking but if it's me I don't think LEAF would consider anything under $29-30 per share.  If it is Aurora or Canopy I think it would be: 3.75 shares of ACB for 1 LEAF 1 share of WEED for 1 LEAF I don't see LEAF accepting less to be honest.  Though if they're motivated sellers perhaps they might take a bit less I suppose. Either way, if there is fire

With ACB stretched I would say there would have to be another investor backing this as an entry move, WEED could make it happen easily with Constellation increasing its investment. Either way the winner would be a monster ready to hit hit the NASDAQ...wow exciting! Lets not forget APH they might be moving in on LEAF with DIAGEO backing that move, crazy weeks ahead for sure!

N way ACB acquires cmed for that premium and turns around and acquires leaf.not happinin ...sky1-sky2-sun tgod etc possibly canopy  .or hiku even as a longshot..
