Other way around-HIKU BRANDS should be taken seriously. They might be thinking of adding san rafeal 71' to their portfolio of award winning brands.                                                                    & ...more

Fair but, would that scenario be affordable for Hiku/weeded.  I like the thought of the possibility though

I think it can be done-weedmd is bringing 50M to the table with that merger and HIKU had 35M i believe on deck- but rasing more for this acquisition shouldnt be a prob imo. Prop up HIKu shareprice in the mid 3s and They can further dilute shares by 300M **even after weedmd 100M and leafs 100M ...this dilution would be no different from ACB CBW ISOL NAMAStE etc....h e l l even apple has 5billion ...more
