Best move at this time

Hey there, I'm fairly new when it comes to trading stocks. I was hoping someone with more experience could help me out on whether I should sell or remain with this company (which will become ACB). I bought in for $17.10 a little while a go. Would it be better to sell now, or wait for the 3.575 conversion? Thanks ahead of time for the advice.
