MERGER

hey everyone,

highly considering buying some stocks of medreleaf as im seeing the possibility for a decent discount on aurora stocks when the merger occurs(should atleast)! so was wondering how small you think the discount could be when the merger occurs... also ive never been involved in a merger before, so can you buy medreleaf stocks right until the day before the buyout or what? would love some further explanation as I look into this!

Yes, I sold some ACB a couple of weeks ago to buy some shares oin Leaf. I will increase my ACB shares by just under 20% when and if this deal goes thru.  I did avoid the CMED deal because of the shares and cash conversions just didn’t seem worth the headache.  BTW the amount I converted to LEAF was only 10% of my total ACB investment since things can still go wrong with vote.
