C'est CONDITIONNEL donc PAS une vente. C'est encore une attrape pour Melanger les investisseurs. Le prix va baisser apres quelques minutes une attrape. TESLA en baisse pre Bid donc LEV va baisser.

cgc1-9 Of course it is conditional. Why would it be anything else? Christia is about to give a budget update today. I don't expect her to reduce the $2.75 B subsidy.
