What are LFE buyers seeing today?

LFE one of the few split fund commons in green, and of course is going to miss paying to commons for the month of MARCH, AND MAYBE  much longer.
NAV is dropping down closer to the 14$ range for the unit NAV, and the premium is CRAZY.....
Oh well no accounting for stupid.

yeah i just don't understand. are there so many 'noob' investors or do they know something that i don't know? there is absolutely no way i'm going to pay this crazy premium for a split share fund that's below $15 nav threshold.

LFE volume is not insignificant. Maybe I'm wrong but it's hard to believe there are that many newbies out there blindly throwing money into this without some DD. The only thing I can surmise is we are entering a long phase of fiscal tightening, one we have not seen in years. Perhaps some are betting on improved numbers for insurers in this new higher inflation/rate environment. We all ...more

Probably, my stink bid is just below $3. I don't think it will get that low but I am not in any rush to chase.
