So obviously  shorties were thinking LFE was not going to make the big move up, and i would imagine the 49 cent jump on FEB 15 was a lot of short covering. I suspect the short position now is close to 0 , unless some of those ANON sellers today are shorting.

h MM you seem to attribute a lot of moves to short selling or short covering where  it doesn't exist. Do you really think that covering  a short poition under 10K even if it did occur would have an influence on a day when total volume was over 300K?  Given your construction history maybe the saying -- when you are holding a hammer everything looks like a nail - is appropriate. :

Short positions that are that small, dont affect the price movements at all. Just commenting on the past few weeks of trading. LFE is thinly traded and many times has big spreads. I suspect there may be some shortselling tomorrow tho. ( exdivvy date).. will see what the next report looks like.

LFE has traded over 300K only once in the past year, and that was on the day it jumped 49 cents in one day... after it was reported tby Quadravest to be paying distributions. You believe most of those 9000 shares  shorted didnt cover there...? Very silly folks if that is what happened.
