Well that is a surprise and i think a good one. More shares ( and distributions)  for those u hold and helps with the retraction of commons , as more commons will be out there.

Distribution stays at 10 cents. Our share count goes up by 10% so more each month in distributions but NAV drops by 10% and share price likely drops proportionately. Is this how it works?

example: presplit nav $7.50 x 100 shares equals $750, post split nav $6.81818 x 110 shares equals $7.50. but now you get distribution of 0.10 x 110 shares equals $11 instead od $10.
