What does VionX think Largo will be worth in the future

Let me see if I got this right...
VionX Energy gives up an investment in knowhow of $150 million for a total of 2,518,453 shares and  3,622,007 warrants (which will equal shares) for a grand total of 6,140,460 shares of Largo. If you divide $150  million by the 6.14 million shares you get $24.43 per share. Could this be what VionX thinks the deal will be worth to them?

And what about the titanium processing end of things... just a red herring?
Largo is going to have to build a plant to process the electrolite so the $100 Million for TiO2 olant will just have to wait.

Nice going Mr. Arias.

Hi Turk Bushveld is in the process of building an electrolyte plant in South Africa at a cost of $10m. Largo may need one at least twice the size. Certainly not as expensive as the 100m T plant they were talking about. GL

no point in speculating .. wait for the call tomorrow. i never heard of VionX until today.. interested to learn more about their history, founders and, most importantly. how they were financed to date.  i suspect, this is a venture back company.. so, don't view this as a value distruction situation from VioXs shareholder's perspective without more details.  it's certainly ...more

VionX Energy is a private company. If you Google VionX Energy and you click on the link you get, it will bring you directly to Largo Clean Energy page. The VionX Energy's website doesn't exist anymore.  Not sure what to make of it.

pure speculation .. this is a venture backed company that built a great IP portfolio.. investors understand that u needs a fully intergrated model to compete globally .. which means, you need V processed at scale.  teaming up with the lowest cost producer to create this company is smart and the best way to create value and credability .. this is the best way to dominate the VRFB market. the ...more

We already have a plan for the construction of an electrolyte plant or more precisely V2O3 plant. The construction of the V2O3 plant is expected to start in Q1 2021 and the commissioning / ramp-up to complete in Q3 2021. V2O3 is to be used not only in the aerospace market but also for the chemical industry and Manado electrolyte in VRFB. The total CAPEX for our V2O3 plant is estimated to be US$9M  ...more

[/quote   Even though there are no future sales of Largo battery electrolyte (as of yet that are reported, that we know of) or even the plant to produce the electrolyte, will be interesting to see how the analysts react to this latest news, with their outlook and PT,..no doubt they will be on the CC tomorrow .

the only thing we are sure of is that in the short future it will lead to extra costs: you have to pay all these people without any revenue stream.  Hoping you will be able to sell your product one day ... In the press article nothing is mentioned on revenue it will be added directly so it is for now an R&D company withou any sales. It is very likely an excellent strategy on the long ...more
