So by Largo buying the technology and creating a subsidary 
called Largo Clean Energy 
They got the Technology out of VionX in the bankruptcy 
it is not a merger
along with hiring a lot of there key people
Also Getting the licence agreement with ratheon for the 
stack systems
the blend of the three
Their High Purity Vanadium 
with into they best technology out there 
and the Lic agreement with Ratheon
makes for a great run to the future 
They basicaly bought 175 million of research out of the bankruptcy for 6 million shares
Hopefully with payoff in the future
