Re US listing decision.

Sorry if this has already been discussed on the board... does anyone know when this decision will be ratified by the board? I have not received a proxy.. I assume that the majority of shareholder are already represented on the board and this is a done deal.  Any inshights/thoughts appreciated. Thanks

The date fixed for the special meeting = March 1st. As far as the BoD decision goes I believe that it is a done deal.
