LGO debts paid off, why consolidate?

We just got some GREAT news, as LGO is debt-free.
Why stinkbomb this day with talk of consolidation?
This idea sucks for current investors.
You can't get dividends without a share count. Do you want 90% less shares? Why? So some Wall Street Americans can horn in on the action?
Largo was my last hope in the Canadian mining sector.
I'm done.
No more mining stocks.
There just isn't one that's honest.

can you please go into a little more detail re: your gripe.. not following your logic re: any future div payment .. which would simply reflect revenue per share - a reverse split would not impact any theoretical dividend amount.  so, confused about where you are going with this.. thanks.

He also said "So some Wall Street Americans can horn in on the action"? Makes no sense whatsoever.

we want wall street to get very horney about Largo .. once it's listed on the Nasdaq, this will help with the foreplay! :)

It could also be NYSE, but Nasdaq is more favorable to me.

There are 8 precious metals stocks on nasdaq and 79 on NYSE.  I'm thinking NYSE.   https://topforeignstocks.com/stock-lists/the-complete-list-of-precious-metals-stocks-trading-on-the-nyse/
