Big jump in sp this morning...

Now at 18.98 so what brought this huge jump in price? How's about approval to trade on the Nasdaqthough the common shareholder is last to know.

On the TSX alone the volume at mid-day ( 152K) has already surpassed the 30-day average  volume (117K)
