Mallorca VRFB delayed again

The official wording now is "...commissioning to be completed  by the end of Q1 2023." I bet my sweet bippy this is not going to hold and we will be lucky if we see the system being commissioned in Q2-2023.

Oct. 18: Well, less than a month later we have bean dealt ANOTHER delay. The wording now is "[we] now expect the completion of the commissioning of the EGPE VRFB to be pushed into Q2 2023." Until futher notice!
