Alberta Population Growth Q4 2014 to Q4 2015
Alberta Population grew only by 70,000 people in 2015, and not what I early posted, which was 200,000. This original 200,000 was what was projected, while this is actual, so this is why the difference. This may not seem like much but Alberta still also led all other provinces in Population Growth for 2015. People aren't leaving. So again it is not as bad as other make it out to be. they should look at closing a few Alberta stores redeploy the inventory and shrink their foot print there in light of the longer term nature of the oil decline. Haven't looked at lease durations, but there must be a few in the stable that have a short tail.
