Very informative report from state.  LIQ would have enough info to cherry pick key locations in certain counties.  Especially the 'Premium' lcoations. https://www.lcb.state.pa.us/cons/groups/externalaffairs/documents/form/003226.pdf When I look at US expansion, I think the wise strategy is to pick 1 or 2 key locations in each state.  Expand footprint fast and then look at
