New management direction should pay off
The new team is focussed on making the business better. I think we can expect the ditching of some or all of the US stores. Renovation, rebranding of existing stores makes sense as well as the closure of losing locations. Inventory management will be a key part of the strategy. I am expecting better performance in Q3.
