No surprises.. Private Placement

Seems like the 'good' drill results were carefully timed right before a private placement. Was expecting this.

So when are we going to get bought out by Barrick, and why haven't we heard any recent drill results from them?

I'm very interested to see who participates in the private placements. Will Resolute? Management? Will it be mostly institutional? How long will it take to close the pp? Will the increase because of high demand? Or will they need decrease the amount and price? Those are a few things that stick out at me when a company does a pp?I guess answers will come within time. What are the funds going to ...more

I wouldn't be surprised if this pp fills up fast and is over subscribed. The amount of bids from 50 cents and higher is nice to see as well for support. It is nice to see at least 20 percent insider participation. Another thing that I like about it is the 75 cent warrant..That's 50% higher than the private placement. This in my mind is nice to see that amount of spread between the two.
