Trigger Points for a BuyOut
Management own 26 %.
Resolute Mining owns 26 %
Newmont owns 6%
Barriack owns 65 % of JV on LN tenements outside Adumbi
No one waits for full development to offer a buyout.
I see 3 major Trigger points this year.
1........LN reaches 5 million ounces ( Barrick Requirement )
2........Barricks announces very positive results from JV with LN
3...... London Releases its PEA
Management and Resolute hold 52 %.
They will make or break any offer.
But, any offer will probably see competive bids.
I dont see any offer below $500 m cad getting accepted.
MY Preferred Outcome
Resolute acquires us for cash and shares and spins out the Barraick JV to shareholders as a new public listing.
Remember, any discoveries by Barrick on LN JV lands that fall below their acceptance criteria becomes 100 % LN assets.
As I said previously LN and MMY are the two most undervalued gold stocks that I have ever encountered
