Why is anyone selling?

We have saw solid selling happen between 65 to 75 cents. Not sure why that is the case with the PEA coming. My only thought is if it is either some of the shares from previous financings and investors are keeping the warrants that I think are at .70 or .75 cents. That or else the market is anticipating something that I am missing. The company should have enough cash to get through the PEA . What else?
