If you had attended the AGM you would know .A few large shareholders tried to get a experienced business manager on the Board but Tony's boys said NO .If you look carefully at the Board nobody understands mining ,nice guys but no backbone ,talking to his VP's you find out its Tony"s way or the highway ,they all are a bunch of yes men ,bright competent but yes men they all need the

Geoffs ...you find a lot of that bully personality in the mining world. What happens is everyone lines up in the morning and are dictated as what must happen that day. Everyone complies. Any experienced person knows that is about the worst way to manage as it holds down ideas. This in turn creates barriers of waste work and time as people are not willing to change the line up
