Selling a net smelter return almost seems like desperation. It seems like a lot of paper work and one more piece to a jig saw puzzle. Why complicate matters. Break the muck,tram the muck,hoist the muck,process the muck,sell the gold,distribute the wealth to the "SHAREHOLDERS". The way I read the Premeir release, Premier bought an already existing royalty on the Thunder Creek property from another entity.

x_plorer...that's what I thought I read. It was not an easy read for my abilities. I do agree with your take. Perhaps I read too much into this deal. I am very leary of what Tony is up too these days. Missing on the mill expansion is a big deal to me. The way it was delivered made it sound like they were going to get tha bonus check for making 100 K oz this year. I was sure we would get a nice ...more

A lot to think about in the statement: "Premier continues to explore various alternatives for a going-public transaction of Premier Royalty, including a reverse takeover transaction."   Premier Royalty wants to become a publicly traded company?  They could do a reverse takeover of Premier Gold?  Or could they do a takeover of LSG and then rightfully own the trading symbol, ...more
