That's a letter from a man on the brink.... The bond price is telling us all that a bankruptvy is on the horizon.... https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/Bond/LSG.DB?countrycode=CA It would be hard to say otherwise.....31 cents is about the net value of the milling assets and un-mined/milled gold interest. This part of Tony’s statement says much, “Since 2008, we have invested almost $700 million in the region, including close to $200 million last year alone.”   ROI has not been good, with a Company MCap standing at just over $130M and the Gold Resources Inventory priced near $17.00 per ounce, less than the Junior Explorer Avg ($28-30) never mind being a Producer.   Below, some other ...more

At least he did buy some shares a few months ago in the .60s . In my opinion it should be mandatory that all bonuses should be used to buy stock until the company turns around.

Bonuses should only be levied when mile stones are met or bettered;....and then yes they should be required to purchase shares with those funds at a premium. Say $1.42 which was the share value when FRANCO-NEVADA did thier finacing / royalty deal. This would give them a reason to improve the value rather than bleed us out.!
