My 2 cents...well...maybe  a penny: One thing I have found is that the rating agencies have their own agenda. If after a prolonged slide, just when things start looking up, they  issue a negative recommendation, that can only mean one thing; they want to close their and their client's shorts, and position themselves, and their clients on the long side, before issuing a positive/buy ...more
