The reason I'm Bell Creek obsessed r

1.There is a proven resource just below the mill of 1.7 million onces in all categories.
 2. They have the ramp and infastructure built below the 600 m level.
 3. The ore sits between 800 and 1200 m , with showings down to 1700 m.
 4. Timmins deposits of higher grade are known to be deeper below the surface.
 5. The bell Creek area is polluted with potential targets , witch several are already showing gold.
 6. There is potential to perform another underground chaneling to other resources as done at T.W.
 7. The cost will be much lower than T.W. (Timmins West)

Therefore in conclusion Lakeshore has spent 100 million finding 7 million onces of gold and if you want a quick 2-3 million additional onces , call Tony and ask him to upgrade the Fenn Gibb resource as this hasn't been done with the drill holes performed in 2012.Therefore Lakeshore sits presently with 9-10 million onces in the ground without any drill holes to be performed. That being said even if we were to find another mine it would cost major money to get were we already are at Bell Creek as when we find gold it is deep.

That said , I would like to see us as a 300,000 once producer sooner than later as the gold hidden in the ground is plentiful here in the city of Timmins witch is the city with  a heart of GOLD . GLTAL

Lets hope TONY has not forgotten his promise to clean up the B/S . ie pay off the debt . Also is there any way the debentures can be paid off so that the debt holders do not convert to equity ????

geoffs13, ha ha without that money you talk about we wouldn't be were we are today , with a mill that has potential for 6,000 tpd plus.Tony if wanted come jan. should have 31 million in the books and a months production shy of paying off the 35 million owed to Sprott and save 3.5 million in interest for 2014 .I do believe we still need cash on hand question is how much.If 10 million is ...more

Lake Shore Gold has to pay the debenture holders in cash on September 30, 2017. Prior to that date, debenture holders have the option to convert their debentures into shares at a price of $1.40 per share. Under certain circumstances, the company can force conversion but the share price must be significantly above $1.40 (for most debentures, it's usually at least 20% higher than the conversion ...more

Idlefreebird, your absolutely right!! The answer is right there..... under the mill As you have said before they are limited with ore feeding directly under the mill and a it will need a 3000 t/d hoisting capacity to reach your 300,000 ounces/year but a what cost and how can they finance that construction and how long it would take to implement that project? I feel that they must have a ...more

I agree ----sure hope Tony knows this . NO MORE EQUITY ISSUES
Comment by idlefreebird on Dec 13, 2013 11:42am
bosse, ya the cost would be around 120-150 million and time frame within 2 years should be ready to go. how they get the cash , Tony needs to wiggle some magic. They will probably wait till some debt paid off and start getting things going. They could get the ball rolling I assume but as our position right now it looks a year away for sure before anything is brought to the table . The positive is ...more

Is bringing in a partner not a viable option?
Comment by idlefreebird on Dec 13, 2013 5:01pm
jpgoldilocks , as for a partener I would say no for Bell Creek but yes for Fenn Gibb as that would be a 600,000,000.00 project at low end.GLTAL p.s. therefore Lakeshore can get to 300,000 once production on there own and keep this up for many years to come with assets in the Timmins camp.
