Goldcorp already owns millions of LSG shares .

GG has some aggressive growth plans and needs to acquire OZs to meet these goals.  Not sure if LSG is large enough in terms of OZs for GG to be interested?  GG will have to look somewhere though if Osisko bid fails – which at this time it seems it will fail.

Exactly. LSG doesn't have the proven ounces in the ground to be attractive to Goldcorp. GG is looking 4+ million ounce bodies.

I myself do not want to see anyone take over LSG...if left alone by the time gold hits $3,500 an ounce and it will happen LSG will be trading north of $15.00. It will be a multi, multi bagger. If it is bought out you can expect a fraction of what it will do by itself. Mark......stay strong and long

Nothing wrong with having dreams, especially if they are reasonably realistic and achievable to some degree. $15 is lofty I agree , maybe back to $4 - $8 range with increased production and a reasonable rise in the POG in time, Once the mkts, jump on the bandwagon its surprising how a S / P can rise. If the POG skyrockets to the $3500 or higher and LSG continues increasing their production and ...more

I'm on this stock too and it is gonna be some tim before the stock has a good run. Current tons and grades only allow about 60 million profit at current prices. Two years to pay off the debt the we only see about 10 cents a share. If tons double we see 20 cents a share. More capital to expand for that 20 cents. I say the exploration diamond drilling has the most potential. It can find higher ...more
