What was that about

We were smiling for a few minutes , then they pulled the rug out from under us again. Some big fund trapped a few bulls then dumped a bunch of shares. For a few minutes I thought there might be some good news like hot drill results . Any thoughts. farmboy75

Nonsense from the BNN market call guest.  he said lakeshore is a disaster waiting to happen because most gold companies run into trouble a prices below $1150 an ounce.   He is also bearish on gold.   How does that apply to Lakeshore with all in sustaining costs well below $1,000???????   He mentions that lsg like most gold producers has  debt, but that is all he says ...more

That was one of the most ambigious, unexplained, uneducated comments that I have ever seen on BNN for ANY stock.

I couldn't agree more.... he stated that "my overall view on gold is VERY bearish" and " most gold companies start to run into trouble below $1,200.00" .... well we are not "most companies" and he never even bothered to correct the caller ...more

But he knew it was trading under a buck? I know that the people answering the phones ask guests during commercials if they will accept questions on certain stocks, maybe he used that opportunity to check on it? Brutal answer though. I just sent BNN an email emploring them to ask EVERY guest EVERY time of they have a position on a stock, short or long. Sometimes they ask, sometimes they don ...more
