LSG has to many

shares outstanding. They need to do a 10 or 20 to 1 reverse split

Yep, a reverse-split, there's a winner. It has proven to be a great success for so many companies so often. Good one!

In over thirty years as a professional investor I have never seen a reverse split that worked. Never! And, over 85% of share buy-backs don't work either. Reducing debt is a big winning strategy. Having cash to make acquisitions is very smart, especially when it's cheaper to buy gold or oil on the exchanges than to dig for it. Quick note on oil.
