Curious

I find it curious that despite the companies recent successes in terms of financials the overall sentiment on this board is negative. Gold is down, and these guys have made money in a down gold market. First significant earnings release in years for this company, clearly they're turning things around. Yet everyone here focuses on gold and pouts how this thing is about to go down. Clearly not. 25% of it is owned by institutions! This is virtually unheard of for stocks under $5. Analysts all give buy ratings, targets near 1.30-1.40, initial expected reports for Q2 look favorable. Where is the intermediate downside here? Maybe the price might slip a tiny bit short term due to gold sell off, but it wont effect the company much long term, the last few days have shown it's quite resistant to market sentiment on gold.

They barely have any reserves. Mining them as fast as they are replacing them. Not good.

Still better than it has been in the entire existence of the company. They're making money now, earnings growth drives share prices up, not speculation on reserve replenishing rates. If they can continue the trend in the next few quarters it should go up to projected prices, probably with cyclical inspired variance exceeding that target by at least 25%.

no reserves? on the website:2.9 mil ozs measured and indicted and 2.8 mil inferred

the takeover will add nearly 1 million oz high grade ounces + 144 GAP/SW .. there are enough reserves for many years

You clearly don't understand the difference between proven & probable reserves (that's gold that CAN be mined easily) versus an inferred+indicated+measured resource (that's gold sitting somewhere in the ground that may or may not be reachable. Could be kilometers below existing mine workings). LSG is valued correctly right now based on their mineable reserves. PERIOD!

We will (clearly) give you (144) reasons why you are (wrong)!
