Are Aquisitions a concern?

Is it possible that the acquisition of TME and interest in DMI is a desperate attempt to increase reserves because they realize they have some unsuccessful exploration results on their own properties? I am not a basher, but it seems kind of strange to me that they would make these sudden moves. LSG's mine life is a concern. I own shares and am kicking myself like many of you who wish they sold and bought back in. Thoughts appreciated.

Were my questions that dumb? No response from fellow members. Just wondering if anyone else found that to be odd. I added shares at 1.30 and after losing in San Gold and seeing this stock plummet, I'm questioning whether or not I know what I am doing. With the world experiencing debt never seen before, that is why I'm invested.

No your questions were OK. It's just the nature of this board. You can ask as many questions as you want but very seldom you will get a reply. Every man for himself so to speak.

I will bite.  Some analysts have been critical of LSG for not having enough reserves so the TME purchase should help alleviate that concern.  The issue is that the TME deal will not be finalized until their shareholder meeting to be held "on or before September 30, 2015" so without a locked up deal LSG cannot count on the resources to help them in the short term.  I think ...more
