Hey goldhappy, much of what you say is true, but all will be for naught if we allow our stock price to languish or drop to an even lower level. What I am getting at is it would be better to be taken out with a 40% Premium on 1.40 rather than a 40% Premium on .90 cents. That's if we were to be taken out, which I think we can all agree is a definite possibility . Just my opinion as always.

The stock price sure is a big issue farmboy. You are right again. I don't have a good answer. The company needs more earnings. Only the very best of companies will survive this slump. Debt free, low costs and lots of reource comes to mind.
