really does not make sense to espouse knowledge of buyout.  if this was factual knowledge would make more sense to stay in the weeds and buy on dips and keep info out of public domain.  my guess is that this is not factual - perhaps you heard it but your source may be pumping.  regardless - not buying or selling at this point.  if takeout occurs am holding some debs (and stock)

one advantage of making the knowledge public would be to bump up price which could result in bump up of offer price.  this would help all current holders of the stock but may not be to your individual advantage (sitting in weeds buying on dips would likely be your best bet unless you have max'ed out on the amount you intend on purchasing - same as a pump i guess).  if it turns out to
