That told me the buy out news that i passed along to you and others has just informed me the price of the buy out was scheduled around a $1.60 price . With this "leak" that is not feasible now. I think we may see $1.80-$1.90 CAD$ but i do not think we see more unless a bidding war erupts. No others have expressed interest at this time according to my info.

Trust the source. Do your due diligence dave2006. Check out SGC. It will provide you many other ways to check us. BTW SGC is a buy with the final price to be determined at pfinal payout in about 6months but minimum .35 cents CAD. CASH, $1.60 would be an absolute steal, especially if it is all paper as the acquirer would also be picking up a wad of cash (don't know the Working Capital figure from the last financials). If they were to announce a paper deal at $1.60, I could easily see Goldcorp swooping in and offering $1.80. LSG is a natural fit for Goldorp.

i think there would be some po'ed shareholders at 1.60. especially in a rsing gold environment and speculation that LSG has some solid reserves to be reported. gotta be north of 1.60.

Borne2. I agree with that. As i mentioned earlier they are indeed talking $1.80 now so says da man! If it comes out at that price we should all be happy,.Altho i tried to buy more at $1.37 this morning and missed it! Im still a buyer if the price pulls back after news. If it doesnt i will sit with what i have.

I do not know them but my source comes from doubelievidont who resides in Germany. But it is good to have confirmation. If your source called SGC.V TBE.T along with many others perhaps they know each other?
