i must say i don't get this.
is this realy price of 1.71 or those crooks just converted shares? .. so now thos crooks can just drive down price of THO share and kill us? What is this mambo jumbo? If that is the case,.. this is pure crime.

realy, does anyone know? why would they mention any dollar value if it only in shares. Closing is in April.. in this bull market we are all stuck with this? Anybody knows what is going on?
