Shareholders in Temex got a great premium from us , over what they were going to get from OBM. But 15% is good enough for us peasants holding Lakeshore shares for 8 years. Not saying the Temex acquisition was not a good buy for Lakeshore, but did we not diserve a little better deal by Mr Tony? But not to worry, Mr Tony made a great deal for himself. After all, who do we little shareholders think we are anyway?
